- Allspice incense {strengthen your goal}
- Clean pillow {You can’t let anyone touch the pillow, keep it safe}
Place the mirror, beside you bed facing you. Add 3 drops of each oil onto your pillow every night. you will light a incense in the morning. you will do this for the month of February. You must clean yourself before you leave the house and when you come back into the house after work or school. ( from a long day) You must keep your home clean and yourself clean. Do you understand? Always add the drops 30min to an hour before going to bed. You will hold the pillow to you as if it's a child. every other day is a new year for the pillow. at the end of this, it will be 14 of age. This is when you let yourself go. Remember the pillow is you. You are taking care of you how you wish you were taking care of. For each year you must give yourself something, you can make it or buy it. on the last day, you must give your pillow to someone you don't know. like a homeless person. With all the gifts you give to yourself as a child. then take yourself out alone. You can cook yourself something or go out an eat good, just you alone. when you are done you go back and you say into the mirror.
