Shark is a master predator and has no natural predators other than man. He comes to alert you to danger. But, he also reminds, your world is full of opportunities but you have to remain actively moving forward for them to present themselves. Continually explore your emotions to grow. Explore the world. Sitting at home will get you nowhere. Stop sitting there wishing, wanting, and hoping. Get up. Spring into action.
Dreams of shark can symbolize you feel unprotected and feel as if you do not fit in. Why is that? What makes you feel that way? Maybe you need to look deeper to recognize what you fear. You may need help to face these fears to help you move forward.
Shark brings warnings of danger and symbolizes strong emotions. He could be warning to assess your emotions as they can threaten your attitude and wellbeing. Have you been feeling angry for some time? Do you deal with challenges with ferocious reactions? Do you struggle with your independence or individuality? Are others smothering you at this time? But, who has hidden agendas that will intentionally harm you in some way. They have no problem walking over anyone to get their own way. Who could this be? It may even be you.
Alternatively, sharks may also represent people or situations that you perceive to be relentless, or that have no remorse. It may also also represent your own drive to "have it all" at any cost.
To dream of riding on top of a shark may symbolize a remorseless person or situation that is helping you.
To dream of being a shark symbolizes your own uncaring drive to achieve. There is some area of your life where you have no remorse.
To dream of a dead shark represents terrifying vulnerabilities that have passed or come to an end. It may also reflect an unrelentless enemy failing. Alternatively, a dead shark may reflect your own unstoppable ambitions losing interest or being embarrassed into having to stop driven to destroy someone.

Example 5: A small boy dreamed of shark trying to bite him. In waking life he was afraid of a bigger boy at school who had hit him for refusing to give away his toy. He feared being attacked again. The shark may have reflected is feelings about bully at school being cold, mean, and relentlessly controlling while also feeling he could do nothing about it.
