Yes someone is coming to slow  you down

but you know the signs

and you will see things coming out on top

as you let the bad things go

and good things are coming

All things are done for the good

as your power and energy is no longer imprisoned

or what you should have did

or should have done

as you walk away to find yourself

and the people who hurt you the will be coming to say 

they are sorry and they are happy for you

and Some Dolls need to be doing the knocking
