The thing is they are happy when you are not

so let them be happy

they don't need to see you eat it

as long as they see it is gone

they don't need to see you workout

20 min a day is all you need to do

If they buy you  some fast food

just eat 1/2 or place if you know where when they are not looking

the sexy place is 

you lost weight in peace

they lose money trying to be an ass

and at the end you are sexy

and they are broken

so need to get mad 

just don't say nothing
